More than one rapture
I think there could be more than one rapture mentioned in the Bible for different groups of people. There r various rapture theories put forward today, namely pre-trib, mid-trib n post-trib raptures. I feel God is telling me strongly that all these theories r actually true in themselves but only partial revelation to diff proponents of them. Why can't we combine all three to give a more complete picture? That is, there r at least 3 raptures in the end times. Then, people don't have to argue anymore bcos they r all correct.
In Mark.13:35, Jesus was telling the disciples abt the Coming, "watch therefore, for u do not know when the master of the house is coming-in the evening, at midnight, at the crowing of the rooster, or in the morning-". We seldom hear this obscure verse preached, but the Holy Spirit impressed this on me recently. Why four periods mentioned as above? We all know that the Great Tribulation is the darkest night where nobody can work. The evening before is the time just before the Great Trib. Could there be a pre-trib rapture then? The timings correspond very well to all the 3 theories combined-evening is pre-trib, midnight is mid-trib, crowing of the rooster is post-trib, n morning will be the 2nd Coming where all r judged. Do u see it? Jesus told us specifically to watch lest we get caught suddenly.
I believe the pre-trib rapture is for all true born again Christians whether Jew or gentile. Immediately after Revelation chap 3 is chap 4 where John was taken up into heaven. John was the last surviving Apostle. There were 24 elders n i believe this represents the whole Jewish n gentile Christians in heaven before the tribulation- 12+12=24 (12 tribes + 12 apostles). Praise n thank God for His mercy n grace! I will give more arguments for pre-trib later n also talk more abt the other raptures next time or the post will be too long.
Whatever the case, the end time is now n at the door! We have to be ready n watching lest we r caught by surprise. If u believe pre-trib rapture, r u ready for Jesus n have u accepted Him as Saviour n Lord? If not, pls pray to ask for forgiveness of your sins n ask God to cleanse them with the Blood of Christ n accept Christ as your Lord n Saviour. Then determine to walk for Jesus n share the gospel with the lost. Even if there isn't any pre-trib rapture, r u ready also? The Great Tribulation is no child's play compared to all the other persecutions. Would u still believe in Jesus then? Pls read Matthew chap 24:4-14. I summarise by saying that Jesus said "then many will be offended, will betray one another, n will hate one another. Then many false prophets will rise up n deceive many. And bcos lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold." Will your love grow cold? Will u betray Christ n your fellow believers? It's easier to believe in pre-trib than post-trib rapture but whatever the case r u ready?
