What If I Get Left Behind? Or You?

Yes, what if we get left behind for some reason like not watching or caring too much abt the world? I sometimes have this fear that i might get left behind for some sin or lack of commitment & faith to God & Christ. Will you all be scared also? But if it happens to be this way, then i know God has a purpose for me. I might have to endure the Great Tribulation, even suffering hunger & death. I just pray no one would have to go thru this as a Christian.

However, we can never get ready enuf or holy enuf or sinless enuf to be raptured. Our righteousness comes from Christ's blood alone. Nothing not even our good works can justify us in the sight of God. Eph. 2:8-10 "8 For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, 9 not of works, lest anyone should boast. 10 For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them." Our salvation is a gift of God by His grace. But read verse 10. We are created in Christ Jesus for good works which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them. So must we do good works? This verse seems to suggest so. But i don't think we will lose our salvation if we dont do good works. Bcos salvation is free & comes from God. He is faithful even when we have been unfaithful. I think He will still rapture us up if we are not up to mark.

But Jesus has already warned us in the Gospel of Matthew to watch: Matt.24:42-44 "42 Watch therefore, for you do not know what hour F136 your Lord is coming. 43 But know this, that if the master of the house had known what hour the thief would come, he would have watched and not allowed his house to be broken into. 44 Therefore you also be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect." Then He goes on to tell parables warning us of not being unfaithful or evil servants who abuse fellow servants or waste our talents or didnt show mercy on the poor & underprivileged etc. Also abt the five foolish & wise virgins etc. So be warned!

Jesus is coming again very very soon. Look up for our redemption draws nigh! Don't be left behind! God bless!
